4. Better focus and concentration: Yoga calms the mind, and reduced distractive thoughts, hence improving concentration and focus. This helps particularly those with attention deficit orders.


5. Stronger nervous system: The yoga postures help with building stronger nervous system, improving its ability to respond to stress and emotion regulation.
