What is Power Yoga?

Dynamic fusion of strength, flexibility, and breath

Build Strength in the Body

Sequences of yoga poses designed to flow from one posture to another, synchronised with the rhythm of your breath. The practise is a variation of yoga that is focused on building physical strength. There are some strength building drills included in the practise. The power yoga class is also designed to improve your cardio by elevating your heart rate, leaving you energised. You will break a sweat for sure!

Learn to Meditate via movement

These sessions are more than just a workout; they are an exploration of your body's capabilities and a celebration of your progress. As you delve deeper in your physical practise, you will realise there is so much more to it. You can let go of your ego, postures are just a way of meditating, and yoga is a way of life, of exploring and observing and accepting your own life with its wins and challenges.

Get More Flexible

Let's get something straight. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE FLEXIBLE TO DO YOGA. But, you will get more flexible, when you practise regularly. It involves holding stretching postures as well as strength building postures.

Accessible to all levels

Whether you are a regular practitioner or a newbie, these Power Yoga classes offer a space to challenge yourself, embrace the joy of movement, and embark on a journey of self-discovery.
